With a Business Administration degree from the University of Nebraska Omaha and a strong background in planning, production, and organizational management, Josh combines technical expertise with leadership skills to guide complex projects efficiently and effectively.

Passionate about renewable energy in Nebraska and the Midwest, Josh says, “Bringing renewable energy to Nebraska is essential for diversifying our energy portfolio and utilizing the abundant resources available within the state. I’m motivated by seeing projects come to life and knowing they make a tangible impact on local communities.”

In his role, Josh develops long-term project strategies that align with company goals and community needs. He oversees every aspect of project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, all while building strong relationships with municipal partners, contractors, and internal teams. For Josh, the most rewarding part of his work is watching a project move from an idea on paper to a completed installation that provides real savings and benefits to a community.
